Phil Logan- Owner/Coach
 Coach Phil is from Rochester NY and has 11 years of Coaching Experience. He cheered in College at Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY where his passion for the sport developed. He received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting At Hartwick and went on to receive a masters in Business from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. He has coached hundreds of athletes at FAME, and hope that every athlete that is FAMOUS understands what a great opportunity they have. Phil loves to travel and is thankful for all his FAMOUS Friends & FAMILY

Mike Blaylock- Program Director/ Coach

Coach Mike is originally from Raleigh NC. He began coaching at Champion Cheer Gym under the direction of NC State coach Cathy Buckey. He also cheered at N C State University. Coach Mike worked as an All American Cheer And Dance coach for the half time show at the NFL Pro Bowl held annually in Honolulu Hawaii. Coach Mike began coaching at FAME all stars 10 years ago in Virginia Beach VA and within that time frame has moved to Midlothian VA to expand the FAME brand becoming FAME midlothian program director. This past season Coach Mike lead the expansion of FAME to the Shenandoah Valley creating FAME VALLEY and working their as well as the all star director. Coach Mike speaks at a number of all star and VHSL coaches events each year. He is also a choreographer both to a number of successful high schools and all star programs. However his job at FAME ALL STARS is his greatest and most prestigious accomplishment.

Shanika Caudle- Office Manager/Coach

Coach Shanika has 20 years combined experience of cheerleading and coaching. She is a former Fame Allstar and VCU cheerleader. Shanika is First Aid and CPR certified and USASF certified in levels 1-5. This will be her 9th season here at Fame Midlothian!

Mandy Wellman- Fame Camp Director
Coach Mandy has been cheering since the age of 5 and has been coaching all star cheerleading for over 12 years now. She began with association levels and worked her way up to all stars. She has worked with hundreds of different kids, of all different ages and skill levels. Mandy is USASF certified, levels 1-5. She cheered at Lynchburg College while completing her degree in Human Development and Learning. Mandy has twin identical baby girls that she is hoping will be hitting the competition floor one day! Mandy has been coaching for FAME since they came to Richmond, and have watched and help kids grow into phenomenal athletes. Mandy LOVE’s when an athlete learns a new skill, the smile on their face and the emotions that they feel after they do it for the first time, is worth all the hard work and training, VERY rewarding. Love my fame Family!

Megan Deluccia – Outside Camp Director / Coach

Megan has been coaching all-stars since 2009 and currently coaches Level 1 & Level 2 teams at FAME. She is also a local high school coach, a member of the NFHS and AACCA Spirit Safety Certified. Megan also serves as a VHSL judge.
 

Lauren Estep- Office Assistant/Coach

Lauren graduated in May 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business.  She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Child and Adolescent Psychology and will be pursing a career in School Counseling.  Lauren started cheering at 6 years old. She has been very passionate for the sport ever since. Lauren started coaching at FAME when she was a Super Senior. She absolutely loves seeing the athletes grow in the sport she cherishes. Lauren is USASF certified in levels 1-5 and CPR certified.

Danielle Kohler – Office Assistant / Coach

Danielle started cheering at the age of 15 and fell in love with All-star cheerleading. She has 11 years of coaching and tumbling experience in All-star and association cheerleading. She is also USASF,CPR,MAT AND First Aid certified. Danielle is currently working on her Masters in Psychology.

Ashley Varney- Office Assistant/Coach
Ashley is a cheer coach, private tumble instructor, and also part of Fame Midlothian’s office staff. Ashley started cheering at the age of 7 and finished up with 5 years of all-star cheering. She has 12 years of coaching experience from association to all-star level. Ashley has choreographed many teams and instructed private camps over the years. She has been coaching at Fame for five years now and absolutely loves being part of the Fame family! Ashley has a Degree in Business Administration and is AACCA, USASF, CPR and First Aid certified.

Lewis Wilkins- Tumble Director

Lewis is the tumbling director here at Fame Midlothian. He comes to is with a wealth of knowledge, enormous background, and extreme love for the sport and all involved.

Demi Morton- Coach

Demi is a Cheerleading Coach and a Tumble Instructor. She started cheerleading when she was 13 years old and has cheered for Rec, High-School, Allstar and Collegiate programs, and done Hip-Hop, and coached Hip-Hop at the Allstar level. Demi started coaching when she was 14, and has experience coaching all age groups at all skill levels. She has been choreographing since the age of 18. Since then, Demi has also done Choreography for countless high-school, Collegiate and allstar teams over the past few years. Demi is USASF tumbling certified in levels 1-5 and CPR Certified.

Demi’s favorite part of coaching is watching the kids grow and progress. She LOVES her FAMEily!

 Chris Richards – Coach
Chris has been with the Fame Family for 8 years. He is a dedicated coach and enjoys watching his athletes learn and grow with each passing season. Chris is USASF certified levels 1-5 and CPR certified. When he is not at the gym he enjoys being with his family.

Semetria Glass- Coach

Semetria (Mimi) is a cheering and tumbling coach at Fame. She was a cheerleader for 17 years and cheered on recreation, high school, and allstar programs. Mimi started her coaching career two years ago and loves every second of it.  Mimi is USASF certified for tumbling levels 1-5 and CPR/First Aid certified.

Nicole Sandy- Coach

Nicole has been actively involved in cheering since the age of 5. She cheered for a local little league association, her middle school and Thomas Dale High School. Nicole was also a competitive dancer for 10 years. She has been coaching for over 20 years, and in the all-star field for 10 years. She has coached all ages and skill levels. She has also choreographed multiple rec league, middle school and high school teams. She is a certified judge for VHSL and USASF certified in levels 1-5.

Coach Marcquel- Half Year Program DIrector

Marcquel has 20 years of experience coaching rec, high school, semi-pro and all-star cheerleading.  Her passion for cheerleading developed early on during association cheerleading and grew through college.  She then went on to become a semi-pro cheerleader for the Virginia Hornets football program.  With the love for cheer and the arts in her heart, she became the proud owner of Milestone Dance where she taught the art of expression through dance.  After being a member of the FAME all-stars for 4 years, she helped launch the FAME half year program and has loved every minute of it.  Marcquel loves being a mother.  She also has a passion for being a positive role model to athletes of all ages.   Family is most important to her and she is so happy to have gained such a loving family in FAME.
